Your Host
Growth begins when we stop questioning our worth and start understanding it.
MARKETING STRATEGIST. AUTHOR. STORYTELLER.
Jayvhee Bihis is a marketing strategist, author, and storyteller who has built a career at the intersection of creativity, data, and human connection. She is the creator and host of The Inner Voice Project, a podcast that explores authenticity, self-doubt, and the stories we tell ourselves. Through reflection and honest conversation, she examines how impostor syndrome, identity, and belonging shape how we see our worth and how we show up in the world.
THE INNER VOICE PROJECT
The Inner Voice Project was born from Jayvhee’s own reflections on identity and belonging. Raised in the Philippines and now based in the United States, she grew up with cultural values that prized achievement, humility, and family duty. Over time, she began to recognize how those inherited expectations shaped her confidence, ambition, and sense of belonging. What once fueled her drive also deepened her self-doubt, inspiring her to explore impostor syndrome as both a personal and shared experience.
CREATIVE STRATEGIST
Throughout her career, Jayvhee has helped organizations translate ideas into experiences that connect, inspire, and move people to action. Her work spans marketing transformation, omnichannel strategy, and brand storytelling, all grounded in empathy, clarity, and purpose.
AUTHOR
She is also the author of a forthcoming series of children’s STEM books that celebrate curiosity, wonder, and how we experience the world around us. Each story invites young readers to observe, imagine, and rediscover the magic in everyday things.
THE JOURNEY
Rooted in her Filipino heritage and shaped by her experience as an immigrant and strategist, Jayvhee’s work bridges insight and introspection. Her story is one of rediscovery, of learning that growth begins when we listen and that our inner voice is not something to quiet but something to understand.
